How do I contact support?
Email info@blissedandbalanced.com. Please tell us which app you are using, your device and operating-system version, and what happened.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
For purchases made through the App Store, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Subscriptions are managed by Apple; deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore purchases?
Where an app offers purchases, use its Restore purchases option while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I ask about or delete my data?

Padma Astro
Why does my chart look different from another astrology app?
Padma Astro uses the sidereal zodiac of Vedic astrology (Jyotish), which differs from the tropical zodiac used in most Western astrology. An accurate birth time and place also matter.
Is Padma Astro advice?
No. Readings are offered for spiritual reflection and entertainment and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or call your local emergency number.
How do I delete my data in Padma Astro?
Open the Me screen and tap Delete my data. You can try the web preview in your browser.
Teaserloop
What music can I use?
Only music you own or have the rights to use. Teaserloop uses your song’s audio together with visuals you provide.
My export failed. What should I try?
Check your connection, try a shorter clip, and make sure the audio file is a common format such as MP3, M4A or WAV. If it still fails, email us with the details.
Where are Teaserloop’s terms and privacy policy?
See the Teaserloop Terms of Use and the Teaserloop Privacy Policy. Files you upload are deleted from our servers automatically, and AI credits are refunded automatically if a render fails.
Kindly Rewind
Will my video be stretched?
No. Kindly Rewind fills the sides of vertical clips rather than stretching them, so people and faces keep their natural proportions.
Is my original audio kept?
Yes. Your clip’s original sound is kept; some vintage looks add a light, period-style tone.
