In short: this website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not ask you for personal information. If you email us, we use your message only to reply. We do not sell your personal information. Each of our apps may also have its own privacy policy describing the data that app uses.
1. Who we are
Blissed and Balanced LLC (“we”, “us”) is a Delaware limited liability company based in Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, blissedandbalanced.com (the “Site”), and our general practices across the apps and music we offer (together with the Site, the “Services”). Please also read our Terms of Service.
2. App-specific policies
Our apps (such as Padma Astro, Teaserloop and Kindly Rewind) may collect information needed for their features. Where an app has its own privacy policy, that policy describes what the app collects and how it is used, and it takes precedence for that app. App Store listings also show each app’s privacy details. Where an app does not have its own policy, this policy applies.
3. Information we collect
- Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address, name (if included) and the contents of your message.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, time and errors) for security and troubleshooting.
- No cookies or trackers on the Site: the Site does not set cookies, does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools, and does not load third-party fonts or scripts.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Services, and to prevent abuse.
- To comply with law and protect rights and safety.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Service providers
- Hosting: the Site is hosted by Render (render.com), which processes requests and logs on our behalf.
- Email: messages you send us are handled by our email provider.
- External links: links to Spotify, the App Store and other sites take you to services operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control them.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California law). We disclose information only to service providers that help us operate the Services, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (with notice where required).
7. Retention
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the CCPA/CPRA in California or the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising (we do not do these); to object to or restrict processing and withdraw consent; and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us at info@blissedandbalanced.com. We may need to verify your request, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will respond within the time required by law. Information is processed in the United States.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice by other reasonable means.
